TiBOW

The TiBOW Expandable Spacer System with Osseo-Loc™ surface technology, provides a micro invasive solution for TLIF procedures. TiBOW offers in-situ expansion, as well as a unique surface architecture, which has been shown in studies to promote bone on-growth. Streamlined instrumentation and implant geometry provides the surgeon minimal tissue and neural disruption while achieving surgical goals, expanded endplate coverage, and restoring patient alignment

  • Controlled in-situ expansion allows for increased endplate coverage and stability, increased internal graft volume, and physiological levels of lordosis restoration
  • Bulleted tip simplifies insertion in collapsed degenerative discs without compromising the apophyseal ring
  • Tactile and visual confirmation of expansion
  • Multiple lordotic options to assist in restoration of normal spino-pelvic alignment
  • Allows for post-packing of interbody after implantation when used with the Osteo-Line™ Graft Delivery System and Osteo-Link™ Flowable DBM1
